Access to the parking garage, which the two hotels share, is fairly convenient, although you must walk through the casino. However, it is attached to the Paris Hotel and Casino which is a bit more colorful. The casino itself is rather small and non-descript. The only criticism of the room is, as others have noted, that the windows are very dirty and desperately need cleaning. Although the bed did not feel particularly comfortable to sit on, it provided us with restful sleep. Hot water from the taps was instantaneous. Although not really a suite in the true sense of the word, it was an oversized room with sitting area and with a separate dressing area w/ sink, vanity and closet, and separate large bathroom, both appointed with a lot of marble.

Also, ask for a room on the 16th floor or higher because you can use express elevators to these floors.) The room was clean and spacious, but carpet and furnishings were slightly worn. (TIP: Bally's is generous with complimentary upgrades, BUT only if you request them.

(I had booked a standard room in unrenovated South Tower at $190 total for a three-night, weekend stay.) I tipped the clerk for the upgrade and we were in our room three minutes later. I requested a complimentary upgrade and was assigned a 'junior suite' in the remodeled North Tower. Clerk at desk was friendly, courteous and professional. Had about twenty people in line, but it moved quickly.
